1. To remain ever dedicated to safeguard and protect the nation, nationality, sovereignty, national culture and multi-party democracy by producing disciplined, morally sound, creative,  and ideal citizens through quality education.
2. To guarantee safeguarding the interests, ownerships, investments and returns of the founders/investors made during the inception of the institutions.
3. To work towards protecting the professional rights and welfare of teachers and staff.
4. To improve the environment of schools in accordance with the preamble and code of conduct, with mutual cooperation of private and boarding schools.
5. To provide support to member schools in improving the quality of education.
6. To provide assistance for educational, moral and physical development of students by creating conducive educational environment in schools.
7. To remain active in strengthening cooperation and understanding among schools, guardians and students.
8. To strengthen friendship, cooperation and good relationship among different national and international institutions and organizations.
