PABSON is conducting many programs targeting students/employees etc. on its own. It is also exploring many other ideas which it can take up on its own with the support of the government/non-government agencies. Some such programs are outlined below:

1. Establish various types of private-public partnership to improve access and quality of education.
2. Help government schools in management/academics.
3. Conduct Talent search Programs at District to Central level and provide suitable opportunities to talented students on scholarship of various types.
4. Provide educational opportunities to conflict victims on part/full scholarships.
5. Offer special scholarship packages to children from remote areas/girls.
6. Establish a permanent training cell for teaching/administrative staff and provide short term/long term training programs to them at subsidized/cost-shared rates.
7. Develop a National Resource Centre and some Regional/Province Resource Centers, equipped with sufficient resources and facilities for facilitating schools in general and helping faculties improve their capabilities.
8. Produce and distribute good quality textbooks and supplementary educational materials for all levels of school.
9. Conduct researches on various issues pertaining to education and coming up with solutions.
10. Reward talented student, athletic, socialist, scientist, etc.
